Ocs8 Terms & Conditions – The Complete Player Guide for Malaysia

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined as follows:

• Each individual is only permitted to have one account only – holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• Ocs8 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account.

Accounts that cannot be verified within the specified period will be temporarily frozen until verification is complete. This is a standard protective measure to ensure the safety of your funds and the overall integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ocs8 platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

8 Platform Liability Limits

While ocs8 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• Ocs8 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account login information secure.
• Ocs8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption — scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.
• Ocs8 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Ocs8's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the value of actual funds in the player's account at the time the incident occurs.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ocs8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, brand names, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of OCS8 or our authorised licensors.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from ocs8.
• Use of the ocs8 brand logo or name for marketing, advertising, or any other public purpose requires prior official authorisation.
• Any violation of ocs8 intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Ocs8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following situations arise:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of multiple account usage by the same player.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Use of false or inaccurate personal information during registration.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or bonus mechanisms in any unauthorised manner.
• Request from relevant legal authorities.

By using the ocs8 platform, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not through class actions or collective proceedings.
